Routh Properties and Commercial Retail Group were started 15 years ago with the purchase of Courtyard Shopping Center in New Braunfels, TX. The acquisition of retail shopping centers has continued to present with 31 shopping centers throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. All properties are managed and maintained by the Company to allow for a greater focus on the long term success and not the short term profit of the shopping center. The partnerships formed many years ago focus on the acquisition, tenant retention, leasing, and maintenance of the properties.

The Company has also rehabbed several former grocery stores and WalMart buildings by dividing them into multiple tenant spaces. A typical rehab of dividing the building includes new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and a new store front. This process has helped many small towns turn vacant, rundown buildings into thriving shopping centers. This creates a win-win situation for the town, the merchants, and the Company.

The Company's mission is to be the best leasing value to the tenant while maintaining a pleasant shopping experience. This combination allows the Company to compete favorably in smaller markets were the Company finds the biggest rewards for it's investments.
