Deal Process
We submit acquisition offers that make sense for the buyer and the seller.
We have no lengthy committee process or board approval – we are the principals and decision makers.
Our due diligence period can be as shorts as 5 days to allow for quick closing of less than 30 days.
The property inspections are performed by our team.
We close either all-cash, from existing lines of credit or pre-approved loans.
