PEARLAND (Routh Properties) – Routh Properties of Austin has purchased Shadow Creek Parkway Plaza from Union Bank. Todd Routh said the 150,206-sf Class-A flex project is 51 percent occupied. Second Baptist Church is the anchor tenant. Other tenants are Domino’s Pizza, Bay Nails, Rileys Donuts, a dentist and an orthodontist. The purchase is part of Routh Properties’ recent one million-sf spending spree. In March, the company picked up the 112,000-sf Parker Plaza in Weatherford.
