Routh Properties Buys Sherman Shopping Center

SHERMAN (Routh Properties) – Routh Properties has purchased the 94,850-sf Westwood Village Shopping Center. Built in 1971, the retail property at 220 Sunset Blvd. is 87 percent leased. It is anchored by Apple Grocery. Archer Family Trust was the seller.
